Reclaiming HER Resilience Podcast

The podcast is currently on sabbatical.

I look forward to you joining me for Season 3, launching in September 2026!

Reclaiming HER Resilience is a warm space for women navigating the slow, sacred work of unfurling into what’s possible. It’s for anyone who's felt that unsettled knowing that something isn't right, whether it showed up in a relationship, at work, in faith, in friendship, or in the quiet erosion of trust in your own body. Something in you kept moving through the confusion, the grief, the slow work of rebuilding a life that truly feels like your own. This podcast is dedicated to that wise, resilient part of you.

Each week, I share healing insights and parts of my own story in solo episodes, along with meaningful conversations with guests who understand this journey, whether that's healing from psychological abuse, narcissistic abuse, spiritual harm, domestic violence, and coercive control, or from the subtler places that same pattern can live. We explore the process of reclaiming your story, nurturing trust in your body, and finding out what's possible on the other side of managing survival into a life that feels inhabited. This is not a space for quick fixes or easy answers. It is a space for the real, slow, sacred work of coming home to yourself.

Your story is not a wound to be managed.

It is a truth waiting to be witnessed.
